Fix.bm only works if people use it. The more residents who know about it, the better Bermuda becomes for everyone. Here's how you can help.

Tell Your Neighbours

The simplest thing you can do: next time you're chatting with a neighbour about that pothole, that broken light, or that overflowing bin, tell them about Fix.bm.

"Have you seen Fix.bm? You can report that pothole right from your phone and it goes straight to the Government. It's free."

Word of mouth is still the most powerful way to spread a good idea in Bermuda.

Use It at Community Meetings

If you're involved in a parish council, residents' association, body corporate, or community group, consider:

  • Demonstrating Fix.bm at your next meeting (it takes 2 minutes to show how it works)
  • Adding the link to your group's email newsletter or WhatsApp group description
  • Making a group report: walk the neighbourhood together and report everything you find
  • Tracking results: check back at the next meeting to see what's been fixed

Report Something

The best way to spread the word is to use it yourself. When your neighbours see that pothole they've been complaining about suddenly get fixed, they'll want to know how you did it.

Report your first problem

For Businesses

If you run a business in Bermuda, you have a direct interest in the streets around you being clean and well-maintained. Here's how you can help:

  • Share Fix.bm with your staff: encourage them to report issues near the workplace
  • Add a link on your company website or intranet
  • Mention it to customers, especially if they comment on a local problem
